Replacement Policy

Ballena Bay Pewter, established in 1973, is located in Tucson, Arizona. We are members of the American Pewter Guild subscribing to the highest level of pewter production in the world today. All Ballena Bay Pewter is lead-free. The goblets, cups, mugs and steins are made of a very thick gauge of pewter which insures a durable product that will last for a very long time. Ballena Bay Pewter specializes in a labor intensive type of hammered finish - some pieces have well over 2000 hammer touches. Ballena Bay Pewter can be washed in warm soapy water and dried with a soft cloth. In order to restore the original luster to an older piece we recommend applying the commercial product "NEVER-DULL"

If you purchase a glass & pewter goblet and the glass eventually breaks - simply return the pewter stem with $12.00 U.S. and we will replace the broken glass.

We will repair or replace at no charge any Ballena Bay Pewter piece that is damaged from defective workmanship. Other Ballena Bay Pewter product repairs are done at nominal charge.
